Craig has previously managed Atherton Town and Atherton LR. He is a UEFA qualified coach, and was the stand out candidate following meetings with chairman Pete Gary.

Peter added, "I am delighted that Craig is joining us. I have had a very difficult choice to make given the calibre of people that contacted me about the opportunity to manage Lancashire's first club. As well as having excellent coaching credentials, Craig is a great lad who showed real desire to manage the club. I have pit my research into Craig to ensure he was the right fit for us and didn't speak to anyone with a negative word to say. I look forward to working with Craig and his management team and helping him to progress the club next season."
The management team will be announced in the coming days. Along with a finalised pre-season programme and some prestige games.

It's important that the group of players stick together and get behind the new setup and enjoy being part of Turton Football Club. With the league changing and a few teams leaving to NWCFL, there's a chance to have a successful season.
